Returns
We want you to be happy with your {{ shop_name }} gear. You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, and hygiene products (such as body wash) that have been opened or used, for health and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
